About R&D Specialty

Established in 1988, R&D Specialty Company began as an advertising specialty firm working with corporations large and small to create effective promotions, employee stores, incentives, corporate gifts and giveaways. Then in 1991, the founders had an idea and a passion to expand and pursue the collegiate bookstore market with NCAA licensed gift and novelty items. This vision began with two items we designed on an office scratch pad. These very items, the #606 Classic Brass and #607 Polished Chrome License Frames, still remain as some of our top sellers and can be found on vehicles and in college bookstores across the country.

Today R&D Specialty has a national base of experienced sales representatives spanning the country. Our Collegiate Division has grown from just a few items into a product line of more than 500 items in 15+ categories including co-branding partnerships with recognizable brands such as Contigo, Takeya, Bic, Pentel, and Pilot. We also continue to work with corporations of all sizes to identify and create the perfect promotional products.

After more than 30 years, our unwavering commitment to provide our customers with quality products, superior customer service, and prompt delivery continues to drive us as we move into our next company milestone.
