Artwork Requirements
Artwork should be supplied as camera-ready with clean, sharp, black & white line art. Faxed artwork does not qualify as camera-ready. Electronic artwork can be uploaded on this page or emailed to art@rdspecialty.com. Please be sure to reference your purchase order number. We accept .eps, .ai, .psd or .tiff formatted files. All fonts must be converted to curves, paths, or outlines. Please do not send artwork that has been placed in a program such as Word, PowerPoint, or Publisher.

The following artwork is Not Camera Ready and Unacceptable
Photographs, slides, transparencies, negative stats or films that need to be reversed to positive, halftone art, low resolution laser printed artwork of less than 1200 dpi, business cards, Web images, faxed art, letterhead, or any other art that needs to be touched-up, color separated, or multi-color art to be made one-color or otherwise improved. Stats, PMTs or computer scans of the above are not considered camera ready.

Preferred file format
AI, EPS, PSD, Tiff, Hi Resolution JPG, 600 dpi minimum.

All fonts
must be included or "converted to outlines or curves."
